For Metro de Madrid, it is important to be able to provide everything you need to make your travelling easier, both on the Underground and around the city, as well as in the Community of Madrid.
Apart from our Interactive Customer Support Centre, we have several Customer Support Centres where you can go in person, located in certain stations within the Metro de Madrid network:
in the Airport T1 T2 T3, Airport T4, Avenida de América, Nuevos Ministerios and Plaza de Castilla stations there are Passenger Assistance Centres. In these centres we provide information in various languages. You may find out, in person, how to travel around the city or throughout the region using public transport. On the other hand, you can help us to improve the service by giving us your suggestions and, likewise, we will resolve any complaints you may have regarding the service.
They are open to the public from 07:00 am to 10:00 pm, every day of the week.
Of course, you can obtain assistance at all our stations, asking any Metro de Madrid employee, and they will be pleased to help you with whatever you need.
Additionally, for any specific information, you may contact our personnel using the yellow intercoms located in all stations.
