Guided Browsing and Videoconference Service
This service provides guided browsing with one of our telephone operators through the websites
of your interest, communicating with the operator through the chat channel incorporated in the
service. Thus a telephone operator can guide you through the website and resolve any doubts that
may arise whilst browsing.
As support to the browsing session and if your connection has sufficient bandwidth, you may
also carry out, simultaneously, a videoconference with which you will be able to see and talk to
the agent, in a completely personal manner, whilst your queries are answered. Our telephone
operator will indicate the most suitable communication, depending on your connection capacity.
To access the videoconference service you will need to have a computer with multimedia
features: sound card, speakers and microphone.
Remember that to access the videoconference support service you should have sufficient
bandwidth.
Security alert: If the message "SECURITY ALERT" is displayed on the screen, select the button
to commence downloading the service to your computer. The file that is installed has a security
certificate that identifies the author of the application.
