Metro de Madrid offers customers a new
Interactive Customer Support Centre, which will enable them to contact us through
the normal channels (telephone, fax, e-mail) as well as through the different multimedia channels
that currently exist. This centre provides service from 06:00 am to 1:30 pm, 365 days a year.
Outside these hours you may leave a message through the channels available.
