You can access our centre by phone through your computer using Netmeeting. This application is included in all versions of Windows from Windows 95 onwards.

For this access your computer must have the following components:

- Full-duplex sound card with speakers and microphone
- Netmeeting 3.01 or above. You can talk to one of our agents at the IP address 193.106.177.229
