Facilities

CANILLEJAS FACILITY

Depot no. 4 (series 2000 and 9000 trains and auxiliary vehicles). Maintenance operations (servicing, visits, cleaning and train-wash tunnel) and breakdown repairs to the aforementioned trains.

Premises devoted to the maintenance of Installations of Overhead Line.

CUATRO VIENTOS FACILITY

Depot 10 (series 7000, 8000 and 9000 trains). Maintenance operations (servicing, visits, etc.) bogie lowering table, lathe, train-wash tunnel, bogie air-cleaning and bogie-wash facility. Cleaning and repairs of the aforementioned trains.

In the 2003-2007 expansion plan the capacity of this depot for train maintenance and storage was considerably increased

LORANCA FACILITY

Depot 11 (series 8000 trains). Maintenance operations (servicing, visits) lathe, train-wash tunnel, bogie-wash facility. Cleaning and repairs of the aforementioned trains.

ALUCHE FACILITY

Depot 5 (series 2000 trains). Maintenance operations (servicing, visits, and cleaning) and breakdown repairs to the aforementioned trains

LAGUNA FACILITY

Depot 8 (series 5000, 7000 and 9000  trains). Maintenance operations (servicing, visits, air-cleaning facility, bogie lowering table, cleaning and train-wash tunnel) and breakdown repairs to all Line 6's series 5000 trains.

VENTAS FACILITY

Depot 2 (series 2000 trains). Train cleaning operations.

Depot 1 (series 2000 trains). Maintenance operations (servicing, visits, and cleaning) and breakdown repairs to the aforementioned trains.

Premises devoted to the maintenance of Installations of Energy, Low Voltage Installations, Air-Conditioning, Lifts, Escalators, Overhead Line, Signals, Ticket Sales and Fare Collection and Communications.

PLAZA DE CASTILLA FACILITY

Depot 3 (series 2000 trains). Maintenance operations (visits, cleaning and train-wash tunnel) and breakdown repairs to the aforementioned series 2000 trains

HORTALEZA FACILITIES 1 AND 4

Depot no. 9 (series 2000 and 3000 trains and auxiliary vehicles). Short-cycle preventive and corrective maintenance, long-cycle preventive and corrective maintenance, predictive maintenance and control and wheel lathing, as well as interior and exterior cleaning of series 2000 and 3000 trains on Lines 1 and 4.

FUENCARRAL FACILITY

Depot 6 (trains series 7000 and 8000). Maintenance operations (servicing, visits, cleaning and train-wash tunnel) and breakdown repairs to series 2000 trains

SACEDAL FACILITY

Depot 7 (trains series 5000 and 6000). Maintenance operations (visits and cleaning) and breakdown repairs to series 5000 and 6000 trains

VILLAVERDE FACILITY

Depot 13 (trains series 3000).  Long term preventive and corrective maintenance, predictive monitoring and maintenance of rolling stock, and internal and external cleaning for type 3000 trains for line 3.

VALDECARROS FACILITY

Depot 12 (trains series 2000). Maintenance operations (visits, cleaning and train-wash tunnel) and breakdown repairs to the series 2000 trains

EL BERCIAL DEPOT

Located at El Bercial station.

Depot for series 8000 trains. Maintenance operations and repairs to series 8000 trains.

ARGÜELLES DEPOT

Located at Argüelles station.

Maintenance operations for series 2000 trains.

UNIVERSITARIA DEPOT

Located at Ciudad Universitaria station.

Maintenance operations for series 5000 trains.

MIGUEL HERNÁNDEZ DEPOT

Located at Miguel Hernández station.

Maintenance operations for series 2000 trains.

ARGANZUELA-PLANETARIO DEPOT

Located at Arganzuela-Planetario station.

Maintenance operations for series 5000 trains.

PUERTA DE ARGANDA DEPOT

Maintenance operations for series 6000 trains.

UNIVERSIDAD REY JUAN CARLOS DEPOT

Located at Universidad Rey Juan carlos station.

Maintenance operations for series 8000 trains.
