On Sunday the Regional Transport Consortium will reinforce several lines providing service at Universidad Complutense. The service will be stepped up on Metro Line 6, Metro Ligero Oeste (Light Metro West) ML2 and EMT 82 and 132. The special arrangements will remain in operation between 10:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.

This Sunday, 10 September, the Madrid Regional Transport Consortium (CRTM) has scheduled a series of public transport reinforcements at Universidad Complutense to cope with the demand of passengers who will be attending the selection tests for 350 vacancies for Metro Madrid sector supervisors.

On Sunday an influx of 16,700 users is expected heading for the Complutense campuses at Moncloa and Somosaguas from 10:30 a.m. to about 3 p.m. In the case of the Moncloa campus the presence of 11,800 candidates is expected, while at Somosaguas the figure will be around 5,000.

Metro Madrid will reinforce the service on Line 6 by 13% and Metro Ligero Oeste (Light Metro West) will be providing Line ML2 with more trains at Aravaca and at Colonia Jardín, and train frequency will be doubled depending on demand.

The Consortium has scheduled that EMT should reinforce the service on Lines 82 (Moncloa - Barrio Peñagrande) and 132 (Moncloa - Hospital La Paz). Similarly, the interurban bus lines operating around Somosaguas are prepared to step up their service, if need be.
