Help Desks and Lost Property Office
Metro de Madrid has two customer help desks located at Plaza de Castilla and Sol.
At these help desks, you may obtain information and customer care in person from
Monday to Friday, from 07.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. and weekends and bank holidays,
from 10.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.
You may ask any questions or obtain information about Metro (prices, times, frequency,
access and updates), recommended routes on public transport, information on leisure,
culture and other services, etc.
In addition, you may purchase official Metro merchandise. You may browse our catalogue
at www.latiendademetrodemadrid.com
Metro de Madrid Lost Property Office is located at the centre of Plaza de Castilla.
Lost property on Metro de Madrid will be kept at this office for three to four weeks.
To consult our lost and found database, please speak with a Metro de Madrid employee
at a station, call the Interactive Customer Service Centre on 900 444 404
or complete one of the lost and found forms for this purpose.

The Interactive Customer Care Centre (CIAC) provides users the opportunity
to contact Metro de Madrid through the different channels available (telephone,
e-mail, Twitter...).
Our lines are open from 07.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. 365 days a year and you may
enquire about:
- General information on the service and operation: prices, access, passenger
regulations, timetables and frequency, works and extensions, updates, events, etc.
- Lost property on Metro de Madrid: information on lost property on the network
and where to collect if found.
- Journeys: best route and estimated duration. Public transport alternatives,
as well as connecting and combining other forms of transport.
- Information on Madrid city and region: Leisure and culture (museums, hotels,
restaurants, cinemas, parks, etc.), public buildings (location and access), etc.
In addition, Metro users may leave a complaint, suggestion or compliment by telephone.
