Fares 2024 Metro de Madrid
In accordance with Royal Decree-Law 8/2023 of 27 December, from 1 January to 31 December 2024, inclusive, a reduction (*) of 50% is applied to 10-trip tickets and and 60% for the 30-day Transport Season Ticket.
Single tickets and Tourist tickets are excluded from this measure.
A 30% discount applies to the Blue Card.
(*) Discounts financed by the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Movility, the Community of Madrid and the rest of administrations adhered to the Regional Transport Consortium of Madrid.

(*) From 1 January 2023, citizens aged 65 or older in the Community of Madrid will be able to use a ticket free of charge to travel throughout the region.
In order to benefit from the free fare, you must have a personal Public Transport Card on which you can load this new fare option that will give you access to our entire public transport network. You do not need to purchase a different card.
It is charged in the same way as other transport tickets. The application, the terminal or the vending machine, on identifying that your card corresponds to a Citizen aged 65 or older, will offer this new card free of charge, at no cost, and with a duration of 365 days from the date of loading.
From 1 January 2023, the 30-day and annual (calendar year) Senior Citizen tickets will disappear, although it will still be possible to use the 30-day +65 ticket that was loaded, until it is used up.

ANNUAL PASS
CANCELLATION OF THE SALE OF ANNUAL PASS:
The Board of Directors of the Regional Transport Consortium, at its meeting on 29 December, approved the cancellation of the sale of annual passes to private individuals for 2023.
You can continue to use your personal public transport card to carry a 30-day passes or 10-trip tickets (Metrobus, Bonobús, etc.).
