Integral project for line 2 and the line 4 branch of Metro de Lima and Callao (Perú)
Metro de Madrid advises the Consortium building Line 2 and the Line 4 Branch of Metro de Lima, comprising Iridium, FCC, Impregilo, Ansaldo STS (Hitachi Group), Ansaldo Breda (Hitachi Rail) and Cosapi.
These lines are entirely underground and count on the latest GoA4 technology, with automatic, driverless trains.
The project will be inaugurated in 3 stages between 2021 and 2024, when it is planned for Line 2 and the Line 4 branch to be fully operational.
Metro de Madrid’s consultancy is being implemented in two phases. In the first, all construction and design aspects are revised, both for infrastructures and systems and rolling stock, from the standpoint of a metro operator. In a second phase, as the service is begun, Metro de Madrid will engage in consultancy in the operation and maintenance of the line during the first years of the concession.
