Tren de Metro

Alexa, how is the Metro?

We offer you a new information channel in real time through Alexa skills, in addition to the Metro app and web page.

We offer you a new information channel in real time through Alexa skills, in addition to the Metro app and web page.

Alexa is the Amazon virtual assistant who, among many things, can answer questions, play music, set alarms, control smart devices, offer news summaries and provide information in real time on climate, traffic and now also on the underground system.

If you travel on the underground and use the Alexa voice-activated virtual assistant, you will be able to find out how the trains are running in real time. The Metro skills (application) are now available to offer information on how the trains are running on the different underground lines, so that you can find out about any incidents before travelling by simply asking Alexa. To do that, don’t forget to include the official Metro de Madrid skills in your daily summary.

Remember that you can access the Alexa service through Amazon devices and even on your mobile phone, by downloading the Amazon Alexa app from Google Play or Apple Store. You can enable the official Metro de Madrid skills through the app or add this from the Amazon online store.
