Atocha Station is the Art Station

A world of art opens to passengers when they arrive at Atocha Station, transformed by the most representative works of the best museums. Atocha is the Art Station: its corridors, platforms and ticket halls show 36 works of the principal museums of Madrid; the Prado Museum, the Reina Sofía Museum and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum. During a period of two years, through oversized vinyl wall decals, passengers will be able to appreciate even the minutest details of the works of some of the best artists in history.
