The must-sees include the spectacular Engine Shed, dating from 1923, with the three huge ship engines that once supplied electricity to line 1 and even the entire city. You can also visit the mythical Chamberí station, known as the Ghost Station, and travel back in time to see what the stations were like until they were closed in 1960.

In Chamartín, you can admire the historic trains, including the one used by Alfonso XIII to inaugurate the first Metro line in 1919.

And don't forget the archaeological sites of Caños del Peral and the Pacífico Hall, accessible with your ticket.
