Nearly 100,000 queries resolved
Metro de Madrid's chatbot has answered almost one hundred thousand questions asked by our users since it was launched two months ago.
This system, based on artificial intelligence, makes it possible to solve frequent queries more quickly, from any device and in a personalised manner.
In fact, the chatbot is available in two languages, Spanish and English, which facilitates communication with the millions of tourists who visit us every year.
