Urban flamenco goes down to Metro to launch a message of integration and tolerance
Urban flamenco goes down to Metro Madrid to launch a message of integration and tolerance by way of three surprise performances organized today, Friday, by ‘La Casa Gitana’, in conjunction with Metro, at Embajadores, Nuevos Ministerios and Chamartín Stations, and which coincide with the holding of the Community of Madrid 11th Suma Flamenca Festival.
Users who in the course of the day pass through any of these stations will be able to enjoy the shows of a flamenco group made up of a guitarist, a dancer, a violinist, a singer and a box drummer, lasting not more than 15 minutes. The artists will try and draw the attention of the public and demonstrate the beauty of flamenco, which in Metro becomes urban flamenco with a message thanks to this initiative.
The performances will be recorded in order to distribute them later by way of various digital channels, in the framework of cultural promotion actions scheduled by the Community of Madrid for this year.
