Regional Government of Madrid establishes minimum Metro services of 53% for strikes called for tomorrow

The strike was called by the Metro Train Drivers Union. The strike on Saturday, 9 February, will be held on lines 1, 3, 5, 7 (section from Estadio Olímpico to Pitis), 9 (section from Puerta de Arganda to Paco de Lucía) and 11.

The Regional Government of Madrid has established minimum train services of 53% for the strike called by the Metro Train Drivers Union for tomorrow, Saturday, 9 February.

For the strikes called for Saturday 9 and 23 February, to be held on lines 1, 3, 5, 7 (section from Estadio Olímpico to Pitis), 9 (section from Puerta de Arganda to Paco de Lucía) and 11, between 11.00 – 12.00, the Region of Madrid has established minimum services of 53%.

The strike called for Saturday, 16 February will be held on lines 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 (section from Tres Olivos to Puerta del Sur) and 12, between 16.00 – 17.00. Minimum services of 61% have been established for this day.

The regional government has established minimum services so as to guarantee the necessary mobility and the provision of an essential service for citizens. The company will report through all customer care channels (public address, display monitors, customer service centres, signs in stations, digital channels, etc.) the times of these strikes and the services that are available for users of the Metro network.
