Single ticket invoice

This procedure enables you to obtain ordinary or summary invoices for the purchase of Metro de Madrid single tickets.

For other types of tickets, including the transport card (TTP) and single tickets purchased before 01/01/2021, invoices may be requested from the Madrid Regional Transport Consortium following the instructions given by this entity.

Additionally, simplified invoices may be obtained from the automatic machines at the time of purchase.

To request ordinary invoices for single tickets:

Complete the form.
Once the data has been checked, additional information and documentation may be requested (DNI, NIF, receipt, etc.).
The invoice will be sent in electronic format to the e-mail address provided in the application form, within a maximum of 15 days of receiving it.
